By using PySnap (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). PySnap reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service, you are indicating your acceptance of any such modifications or updates.
1. Scope of Services
The service enables you to upload, edit, transform, export, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, photos, or other material (hereinafter referred to as “Content”).
2. User Obligations
To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the Content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. You are also responsible for safeguarding your password and other login credentials that you use to access the service. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3. Data Privacy
By posting content to the service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service. You also give your consent to PySnap to use your name, logo, and general description of your relationship with PySnap in press releases and other marketing materials. 4. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
5. Limitation of Liability
PySnap, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or access to the Service, or any content obtained from it. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the service during the preceding twelve months. This limitation of liability applies even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
1. Payment Terms
PySnap subscriptions are charged monthly or annually through PayPal. The subscription will automatically renew every month or year unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2. Tokens Policy
Four tokens will be charged for each generation of four photos. Any unused tokens will be carried forward to the next month as long as you have an active subscription. Any unused tokens will be forfeited once the subscription ends.

Affiliate Partnership
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Affiliate Program ("Program") offered by PySnap ("Company"). By participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
